The Full Story
I was the yo-yo dieter, with a massive loss of over 8 stone. After countless times of ending up almost back where I started I said once and for all enough is enough- each time I had dieted I gave up my life, stopped going out, no drinking, no bread, no fun until the binge eating took over.
This is a vicious circle I see time and time again with my clients.
Now I'm all about health, I have been educated in nutrition, I have a diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and a Certificate in Optimal Nutrition and Health and I continue to do nutrition courses because I want to help people like me and like you.
I'm on my own journey, I have to battle and that is what makes me such a good coach. I've been there. I AM there. It’s my aim in life to help people who struggle with their weight, food and body issues to overcome them by building a good relationship with food and more importantly allowing yourself to live a life that doesn’t involve the words “I can’t have that”
Don’t be expecting a clean-eating skinny Minnie if you ever meet me, I blooming love eating, what you’ll meet is someone who knows exactly every food issue going, a lady who will listen, guide and also give you a pinch of reality when you need it.

All I ask of you is to be: Accountable, Honest, willing to put in the effort and to try and stop worrying about the number on the scales.
